Public Announcement of Merger

Chambers, Paterno & Associates CPAs, a Charleston West Virginia based accounting and auditing firm and GodbeyWorks, a Charleston-based management services company, have merged, effective January 1, 2008. GodbeyWorks will be a division of Chambers, Paterno & Associates, helping clients develop management knowledge and skills.
